Recently I have had sessions with Kim in regards to needle phobia. Blood tests were always a nightmare for me and I needed to learn how to cope with the pain and anxiety that came with it.

At nearly seventeen years of age, my daughter was still sucking her thumb daily often in public. This was not only socially unacceptable but was undoing much of the good work being undertaken by her Orthodontist. Many people had tried various methods (good and bad) to stop her thumb sucking but nothing had worked.

My daughter was sceptical at first but really enjoyed the sessions and felt very comfortable with Kim. She had a couple of sessions with Kim. Following these sessions, Kim predicted that she would stop sucking her thumb on her birthday. Not long after her seventeenth birthday, my daughter realised that she had completely stopped sucking her thumb and no longer had any desire to do so. She has not sucked her thumb since.
